I recently stayed in a hotel in a medieval mountain town and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The views of the fortress, perched high on the hill above the town, were exquisite. The location was key, allowing me to soak up the town's historic ambiance with ease. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. the hotel's breakfast spread was fresh and abundant, giving me the energy I needed for my business meetings.
On the flip side, I must mention that there was no elevator. Thankfully, it didn't bother me too much as I was able to access the top floor without any issues.

We had a fantastic stay in this charming hotel nestled in a medieval mountain village. the room was very comfortable with stunning views of the village and fortress. the hotel's reasonably-priced Michelin listed restaurant offered delicious meals, although it was closed on Tuesdays. the breakfast was very good, and the staff provided excellent service. We especially loved the convenient access to the second floor from the parking lot. It was truly a great value for our budget.
The lack of an elevator, but it was not a concern for us.
